Angela has been immersed in the world of yoga since 1998. Her practice has truly transformed her life: chronic back pain from her years as a gymnast and her scoliosis have subsided significantly. In 2002 she decided to share the magic of yoga. Upon completion of her teacher training she moved to Costa Rica and taught at Samasati Retreat Center.
When she returned to Toronto after four years, she taught at studios all over the city. In June, 2012 she opened Sundara Yoga Studio in Cabbagetown. Although this ancient practice is a serious discipline that can be used for self transformation, above all, Angela believes that practicing yoga is fun. She brings the teachings of the ancients into her classes in a way that helps provide context for the modern day yogi.
