There are many excellent reasons to give up coffee: it affects our sleep, makes us jittery, and caffeine can decrease calcium absorption and put you at risk for osteoporosis.

Yerba Mate Chai: Great with almond milk and honey, and (bonus) this tea still has caffeine.  Has only half the amount of caffeine in coffee,  so it’s perfect for the weaning process.
